New Equity Services is the entity established by Dov Tadmor’s, Saridav Investments Ltd. and Jon Boock’s, BVC Investment and Services Ltd., to promote private equity transactions of Israeli and Israeli related medium sized enterprises in growth mode directed towards the Asian and Indian markets in particular and Asian and Indian enterprises seeking investments with Israeli and Israeli related corporations.

The concept behind New Equity Services (NES) establishment resulted from the rapid progress made in the development of the Asian markets and especially India and the opportunities that such developments offer to Israeli technology and know-how.

It also became apparent that although the large Israeli corporations were able to invest the necessary time and resources in the Indian and Asian markets, medium sized enterprises lacked the time, financial resources, knowledge, relationships, potential partners and even cultural capabilities to enter these markets. As a result , the Founders saw the opportunity and need to utilise their relationships with overseas and local bodies to provide a framework to identify and invest in suitable enterprises and assist them in developing their activities in these markets.

The Founders  believe that they can bring  significant benefits to companies, in both Asia and Israel in helping them identify and forge agreements  and joint venture and other relationships with appropriate partners  and assist  in developing relationships with these bodies on a long term basis.
